How it works:

Email us at contact@systemsoothe.com within 60 nights of delivery, and let us know you'd like to return your order.

We'll send you a prepaid return shipping label — no cost to you.Pack up your device and drop it off at any carrier location using the provided label.

Once we receive your return, we'll process your full refund to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

A few things to know:

Returns must be initiated within 60 nights of your delivery date.

The device should be returned in the condition you received it, including original packaging where possible.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method — we're not able to refund to a different card or account.

Sale items and final-sale promotions may have different return terms; check your order confirmation if you purchased during a promotional sale.
