  Why We Built System Soothe

  ─────────────────────────────────────────────

We started System Soothe because the people we know who
work from home — friends, family, ourselves — were all
  telling us the same story.

By 3pm, the knot between their shoulders was screaming.
By 6pm, they were taking ibuprofen just to make it through
the last meeting. By Sunday night, they were already
dreading Monday morning at the desk.

The existing options weren't cutting it. A heating pad
is fine but you have to lie down to use it. A real
massage costs $80+ and lasts a few days. The cheap
vibrating neck pillows from Amazon felt like buzzing
garbage and didn't actually do anything.

  WHAT WE WANTED

Something that worked WHILE you worked.

Not a once-a-week treatment. Not an after-hours luxury.
A tool that lived on your desk and pulled its weight
every single day — quiet enough to wear through a Zoom
call, light enough to forget you had it on, and powerful
enough to actually release the tension instead of just
  warming it up.

System Soothe combines three things a real massage
therapist uses — heat, massage, and gentle electric pulse
  — in a wearable you can throw on at 2pm and keep typing.

  HOW WE OPERATE

We're small. Right now, every order is shipped from
Chicago, Illinois by us, packed by us, and supported
by us. When you email contact@systemsoothe.com, you're
emailing the same person who sent you the product.

  That means a few things:

  • Orders ship within 24 hours, most arrive in 3-5 days
  • Returns are processed by us, not a third-party logistics company
  • Every email gets a real reply, usually within a few hours
  • If something goes wrong with your order, we make it right
    — because there's no one else to pass the buck to

  WHERE WE'RE GOING

We're not trying to be the next Theragun. We're trying
to build a small, sharp brand for remote workers who
spend their days at a desk and want to actually feel
human at the end of it.

If you've got feedback, ideas, or just want to tell us
the product saved your 4pm — we'd love to hear it.
